Rhythm & Motion Lisbon - Summer Retreats 2027
I’m thrilled to invite you to join Rhythm & Motion Lisbon for a weeklong experience that will combine uplifting high-energy Rhythm & Motion dance, dynamic yoga sessions, and various workshops designed to energize your body and awaken your spirit. At the same time, ample time is built in for you to rest deeply, allowing for true restoration and integration between our powerful movement practices.
Throughout the week, you’ll engage in inspiring workshops and meaningful relationship-building, creating opportunities for growth, connection, and joyful expression. For those seeking an activity-filled week there will be opportunities to explore hiking trails, visit mountain villages, book wine tastings, olive oil tastings, and more. But the retreat isn’t just about activity — it’s about balance. You can also choose to luxuriate in moments of calm, swimming in refreshing water, soaking in a hot tub, or simply bask in the peaceful surroundings of our retreat centers.
This is an incredible opportunity to take Rhythm & Motion classes in a beautiful setting, dig deeper into choreography and technique that informs our routines, and practice yoga to complement all of the dance that will be taking place throughout the weeks.

Payment schedule:
- €500 deposit due upon registration (registration remains open until full)
- €700 second payment due January 4, 2027
- Balance due March 5, 2027

Cancellation policy:
- Full refund until January 4, 2027
- Partial refund: the second payment (€700) is refundable until March 5, 2027
- No refund after March 5, 2027 unless we can fill your spot
*We highly recommend travel insurance for unforeseen issues that prevent you from attending.
Important note:
Portugal can be quite warm in summer. While our mountain locations are cooler than Lisbon, a heatwave during your retreat week may require us to adjust some add-ons. The good news: all indoor spaces (rooms, dance dome, dining dome, and hotel bar) are air-conditioned. With opportunities to swim in the pool and lake, you can stay cool even in the warmest weather. If you are looking forward to hiking or other activities outside the retreat center, please prepare for possible heat with hats, appropriate clothing, sunblock, plenty of water, electrolytes, etc. On rare occasions, hikes are canceled because of excessive heat.
